SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR CCSC AUDIO LIBRARY
(SUPERSEDES RECORDING GUIDELINES PAGE)

  1. THOSE WHO ARE SUBMITTING SPEAKER RECORDING CDS FOR AUDIO LIBRARY USE ARE REQUESTED TO MARK THE NAME OF THE SPEAKER, THE DATE OF THE RECORDING, AND THE GROUP OR EVENT WHERE THE RECORDING WAS MADE, CLEARLY ON THE FACE OF THE DISK.
     
  2. Speakers should have expressed a willingness to be recorded; failure to object is not assent. A written statement of approval is not needed.
     
  3. After being recorded, a speaker may direct that their recording not be placed in the CCSC Audio Library for borrowing. They may make the choice to be included or removed at any time. A written statement is not needed.
     
  4. After being recorded, a speaker may direct that their recording not be included on the Online Audio Library on the CCSC website for public downloading. They may make the choice to be included or removed at any point in time. A written statement is not needed.
     
  5. In keeping with the 11th Tradition, speakers will be identified in both the the Online Library catalogs by first name and last initial only.
     
  6. In keeping with the 11th Tradition, speakers who are going to be recorded and who wish to be included in the Online Libraries are reminded to identify themselves by first name and last initial only during the recording period.
